I was over on w2lie.net and saw that theres a Wantagh "Buff" group operating on GMRS... how do I go about joining them.
I have an HT1250 radio, in the proper range, and an FCC license for GMRS (which I just obtained)... so whats the setup here. I can hear them on my scanner are there special input frequencies/pl's i need to condier??
Also are there any other GMRS based "buff" groups i can join in on in suffolk/nassau?
